El Paso is West Texas, I have a relative that lives in Odessa which is approx. 5 hrs drive west of DFW & El Paso is further on the US/Mexico Border

Thanx @Chris and @Stinger GT SS , i was asking because i been watching LIVE PD Tv Show on the A&E channel every weekend for a while now, its where the camera men follow the US Police from 6 different Countys or States, i find it really interesting, El Paso police appears on this show, will we see a Stinger being pulled over for a traffic stop, or pursuit, well i hope not, but still would be interesting to see...haha, Oh if anyone gets pulled over on LIVE PD , say Hello..haha

I’m in Richardson. Picked up mine at Patterson in Arlington as they had what I wanted first! And very easy to work with.

I was in contact with Ryan at Patterson KIA. He was definitely the most attentive out of all the dealers around here. I was eagerly awaiting a non-red or black GT to come in. The wait was killing me.

Yeah. Same situation! Had to be GT2 and NOT red. Ryan (everyone really) was solid at Patterson. Certainly would recommend this dealer. Crazy I had to drive clear out there but it was worth it.

Where do you plan to service the car? Fort Worth and Arlington, are a bit far respectively.
Any good shops besides dealerships?

Plan to do first service at Patterson and then resume at Classic Kia in Carrollton. My Optima Hybrid was always dealer serviced and never had an issue. And pricing was always reasonable with exception to those air and cabin filters. Haha

Glad to hear. That's probably where I will go too since its closest. I would have bought a white GT2 there as well but my salesman texted me he was sick and wasn't coming in that day. Found out that he quit so I looked elsewhere.

Hello fellow Texans! I'm in Irving and got mine from Patterson Kia just like our last 3 other vehicles. Wife had 14 Sorento and now 17 Sportage turbo. I had the 12 Optima SX and now 18 Stinger GT. I know a lot of the guys there including the GM and have built up a great relationship with the Team out there. Kyle the Parts Mgr is great and our main contact. They have our car club come out there on occasion to show customers our modded cars and sponsor our club as well. Please check out Lone Star KDM and join us at some shows or meets we do around the Metroplex to represent Kia nd Hyundai. Some are weekly and others are monthly. We also do our own events and help each other out. We sometimes go down south and our team from south come up here to show support.

Is anyone (besides me) doing the Dallas Stinger drive event next weekend? I’ll be there around 2pm Saturday. They are doing it at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie.

Some of us about to go to meet in Arlington for a grand open for car meet and eat. Crab Station at 1101 East Pioneer Parkway Arlington, TX 76010.
Event is 1-5 and another Stinger going to meet us out there. Couple more hours rain then should clear up to 60s I think.
