• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Grey leather coming to Aussie Stingers?

Switch from HCR to Deep Chroma Blue. There some guys in white coats knocking at your door. Time for your medicine.

‘I’ve knocked off nearly a bottle of medicine and am about to hit the sack. DCB was actually the first colour I saw when I was tyre kicking and I thought it was beautiful. I went back a week later for a test drive and made an offer for the DCB on the lot because I thought I might be able to get it quicker but it had been sold so had to order a vehicle in. Went with the HCR and no regrets. Still like the DCB though.

I had a chat with the local Kia dealer when I had my car next door at the Ford dealer. I asked about this new Sky edition, he recieves his stock this Monday or Tuesday being either two micro blues or a black. Confirmed available in Micro blue, black and deep chroma blue. I want to see if it's more beige than white or vice versa.

350 are coming in so my selling dealer advises and they were apparently a production line error to be made in white.

If they are a production error it's unlikely they'll have any special features other than the leather colour.

Pity, I'm itching to get some new accessory or retrofit something to my car! A matching stainless steel left footrest would be great...

Saw a review by Doug Demero on a new Range Rover Velar that had white leather seats. They were already starting to show stains from blue jeans on them and this is a $100000 plus vehicle so they wouldn't be cheap leather. Think I would stay with black. Lot easier to keep clean.
The Range Rover Sport is a very nice vehicle and comes with two tone coloured interior if you like that, which would be more practical as you can chose the seat to be black where you sit and the rest white or red etc. It would be nice to that option in the Stinger.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Agree!

It's here. The Kia Stinger Night Sky edition. Comes with the grey leather and bi-modal exhaust for 700 dollars more over the GT. You can have DCB, micro blue or Aurora Black. Bargain.

My baby (Stinger... she wasn't even 2 years old) got killed in by a tree in the Sydney storms last week. RIP. I cried when I got my personal stuff from the graveyard. Toured around with my now deceased mother (she was proud of our new "limosine" as she called it), lead car at the funeral procession through our town with the CWA & Red Cross ladies to the funeral, so yes she was taken too soon. Mum and Stinger.
Sniff, sniff........ I decided to get a new 2020 Stinger and lo and behold the Gods were on my side.
Awaiting delivery of a new Micro Blue Skylight Edition. Loved the deep blue but due to it being a bit of a grub, decided on the micro blue.
Yahoo , no more gutter rashes & pinched sidewalls ( I hope) with the new tyres and Bi modal exhaust that I can hear.
Light grey leather is better than white but centre armrest is black and foot scruff area on doors is also black. Nappa leather is fairly resistant to stains anyway.
Daniel from Goulburn Motors had one in the showroom and did a great deal, he will transport it to my door free.
I will post some pics after I have had a session with my new Baby.

PS... She was still a virgin and never had Launch control used.
The Skylight will not die a virgin, my son will see to that after he puts in the new lung pipes.

so yes she was taken too soon. Mum and Stinger.
Doesn't matter how old your mum is, it's hard. Iv'e just lost my Aunt whom I called " Mum " she raised me from a teenager, it happened suddenly and feels surreal. Organising things is a bit overwhelming........I feel lost without her.

Great to see you replaced your 'baby' with another Stinger. And a Skylight edition at that. Great classy interior. And bi-modal too.
