Hey guys and gals,

So, weirdest thing happened to me today!!! My lady and I went out to the local meat market to pick some stuff for the weekend cook... well, I come out after being inside the market, I open up the rear deck and place my stuff in the back area, then open the door for my lady, walk over to get into driver seat.. NO POWER!!!! No NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No dash lights, no interior chime, no nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get out, walk to the rear section of the car, the dam deck won’t open..I’m like ...WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I place the Key fab up to the ignition switch, and moments later. Dam car reboots and starts right up! No further incident to report. Car starts it’s ass off, started it up shut it off like 50 times. Wtf!!!! Anyone had this experience!!!!!!?????

No matter what the reply is, I still
Love the dam car! Best car I ever had! And I have had lots!!!!!!

Thanks for commentary on advance.

I would check your battery connections and make sure they are tight

sounds like your key fob needs a new battery

I almost typed the same but he said nothing turned on when he opened the door. Usually there's at least a welcome screen in the gauge cluster.

Soooo, you left the car unlocked while in the store? Or did you unlock it when you approached it and it had power then, and mysteriously lost power between when you unlocked it and tried to turn it on?

And also why do you appear as a "guest" to me... did you block my ass or something?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I dislike "Guest", s/he's so faceless.

Sympathy for the "Guest", anyway; because any quirk interrupting pleasure with a relationship as fond as one with the Stinger is unwelcome. I have nothing to add; but if this happened to me, I'd be on the battery connections as first check too.

Isn't it obvious...he left the windows opened and opened the doors from the inside.:rofl:

I don’t think it’s the battery in the key phab. Spoke to a Lexus tech and he mentioned something about the RF signal possibly blocked from
The fab to the computer in the car. Maybe there was some type of jammer in the area. I don’t know, car has no further incident. It is definitely weird.

I'm perplexed as to why you would cycle the engine on and off 50 times?

Doesnt explain why you got nothing when you opened the door. Like I said there is usually a welcome screen on the dash or interior lights on. You made it seem like the car was almost dead.

Still worth checking the battery if you haven't to make sure the connections aren't loose. It takes like 5 seconds so shouldn't be too much of an inconvenience. Either way, good luck.

No guys, I am not a guest. I guess it didn’t log me in or something. I have been up here for over a year.
