PRESSERtech tune review

I was wondering how your Pressertech Stage 2 tune is working with your Mods , that you now have as I have almost the same setup and Pressertech will be tuning mine Stinger GT this coming Tuesday ???? :)

@Arnie War - I am super happy with my mods and Presser Tech tune. I think the JT intakes and FMIC work really well with the tune. As has been said previously, it is really has this smooth power and feels like OEM should have been.

OMG I am excited to get her tuned , then no more changing maps as I did a lot of on my piggy back , just hoping the WHP is a bit higher than what I have now , which is still only 356.5 whp :) thanks for the info :)

@Arnie War - you will be happy. my car screams, people are surprised. I like my setup because it is clean, OEM like (no switching maps, filling methanol tank, things mounted on dash, etc).
We only get 91 octane here so that's what i run. I don't have a dragy, but I swear that it does 0~60 in 4.0, maybe better. It is significantly faster than stock.
I see you have more mods & higher octane than me maybe Todd can give you a more aggressive tune than the stage 2 that I have.
You will be happy with your tune.
I hope that you or someone else with a Presser Tech stage 2 and mods will post up some dyno numbers and dragy times.

You are so right.
It will take much more than a tune to build a race car. Mostly money.
I am old enough to have seen and done a lot of things. So, no CAI, no custom muffler, stock look as much as possible.
Stealth and comfort are the operative words for me. I just want to get away from the crowds as fast as possible.

Part of the purchase deal was for the dealer to remove all rear badging. The body shop they gave it to screwed it up of course
and had to fix the rear. it was bad enough for them to fill the badge hole and presented a bill of $500 to me for their efforts.
Of course, the dealer after some persuasion, nixed the bill. The rear looked great!

As a "bare" back is worth $500, I was not going to spoil the look with new badges. I had ordered the large Stinger script from Sal
- it's still on my desk. That was Dec. 2017.
I left the front KIA badge in place as well as the wheel centers. I am counting on the ignorance of the unwashed masses
to leave the car alone when they discover, it's "only a KIA".
I have not told my wife yet, but there is probably a MANDO in my future. And a set of 19 x 9" rims to go square.

In other words, a handful of people on here hi-jacked the thread and discussed ANYTHING BUT PRESSERTECH. That. is. not. nice. at. all. So,knock it off.

Main reason I resigned as a moderator and rarely vist. The immature d!ck-slinging on this forum is unbelievable.

It's also a big part of why I can't wait for my lease to be over.

You want to be rid of the car because of how some owners behave on the internet? That's some strange logic. You realize you don't have to be a part of this forum just because you own a Stinger, right? :rolleyes:

For myself the Stinger GT will have to be ripped away from hands , because it has so many great qualities and with the help of Pressertech and their tunes, it will be as new , except more a live but Still looking stock but not sounding stock with the Borla exhaust lol, Pressertech from what I have read had awesome reviews and after speaking with a member who had Their Stinger tuned by Pressertech and was very pleased with the tuning.. So I will give a small review once I have driven the car for a while after being Pressertech tuned

?? , reframe your perspective , and use the ignore feature , there are lots of solid people here and a few ..........not so much ! :)

First have 19 "sleeps" then get on board visit a bunch of islands and get home late March.
When I feel really bored, I may send you a note how things went and how I like the tune....:)

Update: Couldn't be more pleased with the Presser tune. 5K on stock plugs and nary a hiccup. Runs so strong on 91 that 98's rendered moot. As a former owner of M3 and Z06 I'm still shocked at the power this thing makes. Also, just took a rip in a 2017 RCF and was totally disappointed. Cheap cramped interior and just uncomfortable in general. Great sounding engine that pulls hard, but has nothing on a Pressertech Stinger. Our beloved Stinger is one special car gentlemen.
Gee guys I can't for my pressertech tuned ECU now ,, sending it out in 2days time :)
