I don't want to leave a bad review because my first order came in a timely fashion but not the current one. I placed an order 12/02 (#6801) and it is now 12/12 and my order hasn't shipped yet. Any idea why the delay, thank you.

This thread is more for leaving vendor feedback, not for checking up on an order status. I’m sure there is a reason for the delay, especially since your order was placed during the last day of the largest sale of the year that we run.

I absolutely love the choice of items on K8 but in the future really do need to find an alternative to shipping to Europe from US. Been a month since my order was placed and more than 3 weeks since it left the US and still nothing..

Sorry to hear about the delay with your order arriving.

We only ship smaller items like emblems using USPS internationally, as there is no duty fees/taxes like there is with UPS or FedEx.

In many cases, the delay is not with the shipping courier, but rather with customs in the destination country.

Due to international tariff law changes as of recently, there has been extended delays with packages clearing customs in some countries.

We do insure the packages we ship out internationally, so if the item has not arrived and 30 days have passed, please email us so we can get you out a replacement. Also, if you would like faster shipping, just let us know before completing your order, and we can accommodate you anytime.

Cheers for the quick response, it wasn't aimed at you doing a bad job but rather a general acknowledgement that the whole process from US to EU takes annoyingly long.
I'll let you know incase 30 days pass and it hasn't arrived at all. Thats on Christmas Eve.. :D
 
I'll chip in my two cents here. I goofed and ordered a regular black radiator cap. David called me up saying most folks want the CF one (which I did also) quickly got the correct part on the way to me. I think there was about 30 minutes between the time I ordered the correct one and I got an email saying it was shipped! Thanks for taking the time to make sure I got the correct part.
