Maxton V.2 Splitter fitted today.

Looks great. So you got the front and rear with the red accents but not the sides? It looks great. I didn’t buy mine with the trim but have thought about adding it after.

My specification to the painter was to match the Brembo brake caliper red. So i have the brembo brake caliper red at the sides for accents.

For more "red accents" at the side i played around with some decals, but at least i cant find any good design. Thats why i designed two stinger decals by myself for the side. Now i am unsure. Maybe any decal at the side will "destroy" the clean black/carbon/claw look.

Version1 is a Design i did for a friend a few months ago and did contains the "Stinger" logo. It starts at the sinde airvents and ends at the rear door. Looks more like a porsche design.

I really hated those giacuzzo aerowings on their red demo car. But to be honest, black on back they look quite agressive and not to bad

Thought the same about the giacuzzo aero wings. But after i saw the giacuzzo stinger in real life at my visit at Giacuzzo and the designer stephan giacuzzo and me discussed a bit about his idea behind the aero wing and i got the claws from korea i got a vision in my head.

Thats why i installed all pieces by using tape and some wood pieces (and other stuff i could grab) for testing reason, to see how the front spoiler, wings and claws and had a look will fit together.

And a miracle appears!
3 different designers, Maxton, Giacuzzo and the korean claw guy, had used the same design lines the stinger offers. ALL three pieces fit 100% together in design!
At pic1 you can see, that the end of the giacuzzo aero wing ends at the same point the maxton frontsplitter have the sharp edge. Same with the claws, they fit 100% into the giacuzzo aero wings at design.
Thats why i decided to assemble all together and to finish the unique look, all parts were painted in kia aurora black to match and melt with the car.

You are from germany, maybe we can meet and you can see it in live. Otherwise, next years at the CTD-Germany summermeet i will be again.

anyway your apporach was perfect and now I'm really thinking about it.
Do the aero wings fit the aurora back or did you paint them aswell?

In my opinion it looks better painted in aurora black. To keep the style unique and the police careless.
