Om stock tires at 24psi. Just got a set of magnesium wheels and slicks, so expect to see the time drop significantly. Would have dropped the time even more but my intercooler coupling blew, so had to cut it short.. I was 0.01 from taking first place, but here's the second fastest Kia stinger in the world!

11.86 is the record right now, so almost 2nd place :) good time! Since you're AWD, do you really need slicks? New wheels should help.

No, I have some proprietary stuff now that I'm using.. and I guess it's time to shave more weight then lol...

And yes, rear slicks are necessary as I spin tires even shifting into second now..

in terms of what? ECU flash + jb4? I'm always curious of the FBO guys with WMI. I've yet to get mine to the track, but I'm RWD with basically the same mods.

Hey Kinvara - where can we find more engine bay pictures?!

His instagram name is written in his engine bay. That might be a good place to look.
Good morning to you too. Not all of us use Instagram. Allow me to rephrase me question - hey Kinvana is there anywhere on the forum I could enjoy looking at some pictures of your engine bay?

Nice, congrats.

I presume Map 8, since you have WMI?

Also is the straight pipe turbo back or just cat-back.

I'm the one that fitted 285 ET Streets to my stock wheels. I hook fine lol.
Not to derail the thread but any issues running such a wide tire on stock wheels? Someone said they did 275s but it would roll and be unsteady on turns.o_O

I was going to try 265s but know that won’t make much a difference and would love to fit 275+ if no drivability issues.

I think he fitted the 285s only for the 1/4 runs.

Otherwise, yes it's extremely unsafe.

Cant say anything. But I'm gonna hold the record for a bit then I'll post my how tos if people are interested in avoiding their warranty for a couple tenths of a second off lol
