Aside from the wheels/brakes, does anything change with regard to the exterior appearance from the Premium to the GT trim?

The grilles are different. And the GT trims have black chrome vs aluminum on the 2.0s.

The rear ends are different also with no fake rear vents on the Premium. Mercifully it only has the fake hood vents. GT’s have the black chrome side mirrors as well. If you touch them they gets spots on them.

In Canada the 2.0 version is called the GT Line and except for the wheels, the exterior is identical to the 3.3 GT. I wonder why Kia does this in markets which are so close together? I can see having the standard AWD because of our climate, but why all the differences in exterior.

The Canadian GT-Line also doesn't have the brembo brakes.

Base and Premium Stingers in the US don't either. Look at the brake scoops; much more pronounced on the GT with Brembo brakes.
