If this turns out to be the case, I'll be happy with the upgrade. I'm not looking for increased performance, I'm looking solely to get rid of the rear end vagueness during heavy cornering. I find the feeling unsettling. I want it to feel solid, tight, and stable.
I am having the rear installed Friday. I will see how that is before deciding about the front. I fear the noises and creaking I am hearing about with the front. I also specifically want less oversteer which increasing the sway bar on the rear will do. I posted a poll and question about a week ago and a whole two people responded so I will just do it one step at a time. I can probably install the front myself, supposed to be easy. Rear is a different story.

Did you every get yours installed? I am going in tomorrow but cannot decide whether to start out with just the rear or do both. Don't want to deal with squeaks and a bunch of painful maintenance on the front.

I have both done as well, no squeaks as it was sufficiently lubed, I’ve now also added the heavy duty end links & it lifts this cars handling capabilities to another level, cannot recommend this complete upgrade enough, just do it you won’t regret it.
A car is a mechanical device & will require maintenance on a regular basis, the sway bar bushes come with grease nipples so when you get the car serviced have them put a couple of shots of grease in each bush will maintain the “quietness”.

Had the rear sway bar installed this morning. Only drove about ten miles back to work so far. The installer I used convinced me to try it on firm and so far it feeling pretty good. Ride seems to be just a bit firmer but the responsiveness of the steering is much nicer and the understeer is gone. Reduction of understeer was on of my main goals. Feels much more stable in the rear end. I will update after driving for a while.

If you intend to drive on crappy roads or take her on a race track stay hard but i have soft setting and its very good for normal roads and city driving. Your car will twist more with only one bar so expect more creaks. Several of us in Australia have both fitted with soft setting and we are very happy.

I am probably going to put the front on on soft but may leave the rear on firm. The front end of these seems to not be near as soft and loosy Goosy as the rear end. I will drive it more but it does not seem to be overly firm. IMHO this car understeers too much with the factory setup and there is no reason a rwd car with a nearly 50/50 weight distribution should have to understeer. More rear sway = less understeer. More front sway pushes towards the understeer side of things.

I would bet for my style of driving just the rear on soft or both with the front on soft and rear on firm gives flatter, playful handling. The rear of these things has way too much body roll for me. Too softly spung. The guy that installed these theorized that they have enough body roll in the rear that on hard cornering the outside rear wheel may hit the bump stop which results in the rear end jigging if an significant imperfection in the road is hit in the corner. By cornering flatter the outside spring is not compressed as much due to excessive body roll.
He did say that he has installed several of these and the entire kit as well and that if installed correctly he has not had complaints about squeaking and groaning with the front. I will install the front, wouldn't you know it arrived today hours after I had the rear installed. As picky as I am I would bet I end up trying both settings on the rear once the front is installed on soft.
I just noticed that you are a vendor so you probably have way more experience than I do on these. The guy that did mine does a lot of work for the three Kia dealers in our area and builds race cars he is pretty sharp about knowing what to do to get the kind of handling the customer wants.
