ARK Performance introduces their new Catless Secondary downpipes available for both RWD and AWD Kia Stinger GT 3.3TT

2.5" Stainless Steel 304 Grade Material
Brushed Satin Surface Finish
Replaces Restrictive Factory Downpipes for maximum HP gains
Direct bolt on to stock exhaust (all hardware necessary included)
Made in KOREA

These are a direct 1:1 replacement including all hardware for your KIA STINGER
Since these pipes are post-oxygen sensor there is no Check Engine Light and just pure gains!!

As for the confusion between downpipes to midpipes
Midpipes by definition do not replace a catalytic converter
A catback is composed of a midpipe and an axleback

Im going to reference the genesis coupe as it is the most common exhaust setup to the stinger
Turbo > O2 Housing (Primary Cat) > Downpipes (Secondary Cat) > Catback (Midpipe & Axleback)
I know theres some confusion epsiecually for the crowd coming from the kia optima in which they refer to a midpipe as a catless pipe

But these Ark Performance pipes replace the the secondary cats on the Stinger

I will offer credit/payment towards dyno runs in exchange for DYNO results before and after
So you are picking up the cost of the before and after dyno runs?
Make sure this is on a tuned car since SSR has before and after on a stock car.

Theres a few people who are doubting SSRs claims so looking to get a stock car as well as a tuned car

and will cover the dyno runs but would need to be discusses on price as im not looking to pay $400 for before and after runs

Yeah i'm in that camp on the tuned car. I've never seen a tuned mid pipe dyno but its not 30 hp, or even 20 hp. So would you kick in $200 towards a before and after Dyno?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Stock primary and the stock secondary is going back on this weekend. SSR doesn't fit well on my AWD so was going to try something else. Maybe custom.
Also have ecu tune, intake, catback and fmic.

Im Willing to honor $200 in return of before and after with stock secondaries and these secondaries

I would ask for it to be dynod at an independent shop. Tork and KHAR dont have the best relationship lol.

John is colorful but honest. He was going to build me a set but if he's too busy I'd go Ark. So let me check w him.

Tork is still going to build me a mid so ill pass on this offer.

I'm fully stock at the moment and have been trying to decide on what exhaust to go with as I'm more interested in sound over HP for the exhaust. I want it to roar. Right now it meows but I want people to hear the performance Kia has given us. I've never had a car with this kind of performance and have never been to a dyno but I'm open to whatever you might be offering.

I wish I could try these out but I already have the SSR.

@MrSmoofy This would a great opportunity for you. Talk to Nick. These Arc downpipes look amazing and to be honest if I didn't have the SSR I would buy these.

First I would search a local dyno in your area and call to see what the prices they charge. You would have to do before and after dynos so they might give you a discount if they install the the DP and dyno on the same day which would be the easiest.

Thanks for the tips, I've never done a dyno so not even sure what to ask them LOL. I have a friend who has so I've asked him who he used on his BMW M3

LOL

You don't have to ask for anything. Let me help you out.

Google search local performance shops that have Dyno's in your area.

Call the local dyno shops and ask them how much to dyno a car. Its usually $75 to $100 for 3 pulls. If you have AWD make sure its an AWD dyno and that you mention that to them.

Tell them that you are thinking of buying some down pipes and you want to measure the before and after performance gains. Ask them how much they would charge to dyno the car stock and install the downpipes and dyno again after. Tell them the Downpipes are a very easy install and its held by 4 bolts and a bracket.

Wait for their response and find out who will do it for the cheapest. Then talk to Nick before someone else does lol.

If it works out for you then do it.

That's all you have to do.

And you can use a RWD dyno by pulling the AWD fuse. AWD dynos are more rare.

I just did some asking around and turns out there is a dyno at our local oval track. I'm AWD so I'd have to pull my fuse to use it.
I'm toying with the idea... I have intakes so if you needed a bone stock stinger I'd have to reinstall the stock air boxes. I don't know that is really required as intakes of some sort are almost a given modification on any car that will have downpipes.
I'd get:
1) Intakes / JB4 @ map 0 w/ 93 pump gas
2) Intakes / JB4 @ map 2 w/ 93 pump gas
3) Intakes / JB4 @ map 5 w/ Race gas

Come back and get the same done with the DPs installed.

It would have to be without the Jb4 or on Map0 im assuming just straight stock as tuned / piggybacks dont see much gains from just adding the downpipes.
