An insane person has been driving around in their car taking photos of number plates. One man was witness to the crime, “ they came up behind me and stopped and this crazy person jumped out of their car and started taking photos of my number plate”.
The man stated he would never be the same again and the shock has affected him greatly. Police don’t have any leads yet but they believe the person may be a medically related employee. If anyone sees this person please call Crimestoppers 1800ISAWFLAMEDOIT.
