I ordered a new intercooler with piping from cxracing friday and paid by credit card. order came to $1295.38 Canadian with exchange and shipping the amount was charged to my credit card as soon as I confirmed my payment details. Got an email Monday afternoon, saying they cannot accept international credit cards, they can only ship internationally, and would have to pay with paypal. I don't have an account and don't want one. I was told my refund would be credited back to my visa in 3-5 business days.(funny how it can be takin out in.3 seconds but takes up to 5 days to go back). I was refunded $1223.06. Charged at 1.37 exchange credited back at 1.29. now I am out $72.32 for nothing. I will be getting in touch with Visa also but cx racing should make it clear at checkout time to only use paypal and not even have a credit card option if they won't accept international credit cards. That's my rant for today. Hope it's doesn't rain tomorrow our local dragstrip finally opens.

This has nothing to do with CX racing. Technically your card wasn’t charged when you placed the order, a hold was placed on your card. The 3-5 days is a banking/payment processing issue.


However their website/payment processor should be set up to not accept cards they don’t accept. And they should refund your full amount. This was one of the things I was concerned with when contemplating canceling my JT IC order.
