Here the humor
That's all? Most people would live with that and not even notice.Oversteer..
And I was being rhetorical - another thing us Aussies are good at!He was being sarcastic. I'm pretty sure he's not even talking about tires.
Let's make a short list Aussies are good at: Rhetoric, hyperbole, exaggeration, innuendo, sarcasm, (self) mockery. All you all are fun to talk to.And I was being rhetorical - another thing us Aussies are good at!
What if I have 19 inch asymetrical tires (Ever hear the term "teach a man to fish"?
I can answer *this* question by posting the page from the manual, but perhaps others will realize *other* questions can be answered by looking it up as well.. it is a big manual, but it also has an index (and the PDF version is searchable)..
Oh, not here to police Stinger owners - just to help police the rowdy members, owners or not..

Are you saying that you have 255s on all four 19" rims, with the rear tires stretched? (because the rear rims are wider than the fronts)What if I have 19 inch asymetrical tires (
PILOT SUPER SPORT - SIZE: 255/35ZR19)
... manual doesn't cover that...contradicts itself... help me spear fish that one
225's on the front.... didn't realize. So what would be the rotation suggestions? Or are these not rotatable since they are differant sizes and asymetrical? Are you saying that you have 255s on all four 19" rims, with the rear tires stretched? (because the rear rims are wider than the fronts)
Another zombie resurrector.
Yes, the manual is not contradictory. You swap sides, that's all. Diagonal rotation is not done with staggered/asymmetrical setups.225's on the front.... didn't realize. So what would be the rotation suggestions? Or are these not rotatable since they are differant sizes and asymetrical?

To simplify this further: when you swap the OE GT rims for aftermarket, if you get a "true directional wheel", then each wheel must stay on its corner. The only way to swap tires from side to side would be to remove them and remount them on the opposite wheels. My Michelin Pilot Sport tires (OE with the vehicle a year ago) are now on such rims: the TSW "Watkins" are directional. I asked the Wheel Werks guys how that works out. And they said you just run the tires down and get new ones. If your alignment is good you'll see c. a thousand miles of difference between two tires: not a big deal when you're talking 15K plus miles on a set of tires.

Enjoy and congrats on purchasing your Stinger.
I wonder if some maroon wannabe mechanic working the lower tier in a Kia shop has rotated the 19s diagonally yet? How would that signify to the driver? You have kattycorner 8" treads and kattycorner 8.5" treads. What would that do to the handling?
Not a zombie, google search took me to this thread... sorry to offend the forum flux capacitor crowd....didn't realize it was a "member" measuring club. Thanks for the help.... oh, and cowboy, you have M&S Adv Side Skirt Splitters? Amazing
