2019 GT2 rwd $41832, with balloon finance buyout

After speaking to the dealership today through email, they said the 4,500 balloon financing is not stackable with the 6,000 dealer discount. But then said the dealer discount of 4,000 is stackable with the balloon financing is 4,500 for a total of 8,500 off.

I was quoted for a ceramic silver GT2 rwd
51,480 MSRP
-4,000 dealer discount
-4,500 balloon financing rebate
+379 doc fee
43,359 total before tax

I questioned why the advertised discount on their website is 5,148 for a GT2 awd and to ask for the 4,500 balloon discount if they're not stackable. I am waiting for a reply.

This is a smaller discount then what the OP originally posted. The salesman stated "they've been getting a lot more leads this month than last month about stingers"

I'm guessing all the inquiries we're making is driving up the price and the dealer is backing off on their discounts.

He quoted me that price out the door, this eve.

That's higher than the 42,211 you were quoted previously and wasn't he trying to entice you with the $6k off before balloon financing as well? When he says OTD is he excluding tax?

Yep. Came back and said the 6k was if you financed with Kia at like 4-7% and if you wanted the 0.9% you loose 2k of that. And that wasn’t stackable with the balloon cash, and he tried to make the balloon cash look “bigger”, by calling it $8500, and taking it off MSRP.
Thanks but no thanks. I don’t need the car that bad.

But it worth a try
