You'll get one of two answers from the dealership. They'll either replace them under warranty (lots of people have early on), or they'll just tell you to use a metal polish on them. Seems like most people have pretty good success with Flitz.
I think OP is showing the forward end of the rear window trim being loose and sticking up. That would be a broken clip or one not fastened all the way? Don't know, haven't seen this issue before. The trim pieces are warrantied out to 36,000 miles or 36 months. It should be covered.
Ahhh yeah I see what you're saying now. It's almost like it's slightly twisted or sticking out. I believe the ends have a metal tab that sort of slides into a slot on the car. The middle part has plastic clips. It's possible that the tab got slightly bent. It's been a while since I've pulled those trim pieces off.
