Bad Where to go for quality service?

Hopefully this is the correct location for this post.

Folks, I am looking for somewhere to take the car if I have issues that would be covered under warranty. I hate the dealer near me and would like to take it somewhere that respects Kia owners. I am hoping that someone knows of a mechanic that is authorized to handle warranty claims that is not a dealership. I am in the Houston area. Thank you everyone for any input.

No independent mechanic is authorized to do warranty claims for Kia.

I'm also in Houston, haven't had to request any warranty claims luckily but most dealers will be mediocre at best.

I’m finding that seems to be the Kia experience overall tone. Kia doesn’t have the best reputation for honoring their warranties to start so I would never take the chance of taking to a non Kia service station. It will likely void your entire warranty.
