Hi all, I've got a new black GT and I'm looking for recommendations on new high quality wheels. I'm keeping the stock tires so they have to fit. I'll turn my stock rims into winters. What do you think looks good on black Stingers?? I'm new to the aftermarket/tuning world. I'm after something stronger and lighter. Does this automatically mean forged vs cast? What brands tends to be on the higher end or does it matter? I'll check out as many old posts as I can too. Thanks!

Wheel front is a great tool - IMHO I wouldn't do black wheels

I didn't have many choices and I needed wheels asap. They are Armed Street. All are wider than stock but use the same size tires. $250 each. Black grew on me and I think they look good with the red Brembos. Someone called it a hotrod recently ...haha.

I think black on black can look good only if you do gloss black wheels but I think a gunmetal or silver wheel would look better.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
TSW "Watkins", here, for non-winter. They are "double black", which is high gloss on the outer spokes, and matte black on the rims, inner spokes and barrels.

It you like the blacked out look, this would suit. But the most striking contrast I have seen to date on an Aurora Black were "cobalt" blue wheels. I agree that a bronzed or gun metal approach would look good. But also, I think that the OEM wheels look their absolute best on Aurora Black.
