Hi there, mine came with 20mm spacers when i bought it used. Dont know the brand but im on stock 19s with Eibach lowering springs. I happen to like the 2019 stockers and the ride comfort isnt that bad.
Going 25mm or more will definitely rub if you try to lower the car. Stock height shouldnt rub but will exaggerate the space between the tire and wheel well.

If it rubs with lowering springs, it will rub at stock height too.
The arc/swing path of the control arms is the same with or without lowering springs.

As for brand, if they are hubcentic, who cares what brand? Mine were the most economical at the time, hub-centric - they were listed for some Jeep or old ford escape/fusion.
