I know the seats are leather as are the steering wheel and shifter. I want to know what else is definitely leather so I can apply cleaner and conditioner safely.

Seats - leather
Wheel - leather
Shifter - leather
Door card - just the insert/middle section, maybe?
Door card - where you would rest your arm on, maybe?
Dash - just the top section that is directly under the windshield, maybe?
Center console - just the lid, that seems to be leather

Anything else?

I only use leather cleaner/conditioner on the 3 you identified as the rest are usually synthetics and an interior cleaner/protectant works fine on them. My go to for leather is Leather Master's cleaner and conditioner. For the rest i use Adam's Polishes Total Interior detailer.

Dash is not leather. #fakestitching.

it’s unclear of the armrest/door pockets are real leather. Feel leatherette’ish.

Hi. All trims of the Stinger get "leather trim". This means main seat portions, steering wheel, and maybe other bits. If you can't really tell, why bother to question which is which? Use a cleaner/treatment that works on all surfaces and you're good. :D

A quality leather cleaner and conditioner will clean and protect real leather far better than any all purpose product. The Leather Master products I use are exceptional and don't dry out the leather or leave a streaky or squeaky residue. People are always amazed when they see the condition of the seats in my vehicles years later because the leather still looks new.

This is the kit I use:

Also, it's even more important on a soft leather like the nappa leather in the Stinger to use a quality conditioner so that it doesn't dry out and crease or crack.
