So my next plan is to lower the stinger and give it a little drop, will be ordering some eibach springs. However my question is do people usually add spacers to brings the wheels out a bit more?

If so where is a good place to get some and what size? I don't think I would want the wheels completely flush w/ the car as that could cause some fender damage if going over a big bump?

Any advice and help would be appreciated I'm pretty new to this

The eibach's provide a mild drop that, IMHO do not require the wheels to stick out.

If you want a flush look, it's better to change your wheels doing that to get the offset you after and avoid the use of spacers.

Yes exactly. If you want the wheels and tires to sit further out then change the wheels for a set with a slightly lower offset. Never use wheel spacers.

Only imbeciles screw up their road cars with wheel spacers and in any event if you put them on you will have to fit longer studs. I have seen plenty of failures with all types of spacers including the bolt on variety but the mugs and muppets that sell them will always tell you how safe they are.
Wheel spacers fit into the same category of modifications such as cutting down coil suspension springs, dark tinting lights on your car, stretched tires on wide rims well beyond the tire manufacturer allowances, excessive negative camber settings on your suspension and so many more.

Here is an example of failure due to the wheel spacer, one of many actually..............

Of course the Bimbo blames the wheel bolt on the BMW not the undue stresses placed on the wheel bolt in normal street use, often on harsh roads, because of the wheel spacer. You already have a space between the hub face and the wheel because the wheel sits against the hat of the brake rotor. You don't want to increase the stresses on wheel studs (or wheel bolts as in this BMW) by adding wheel spacers behind your wheels.

But there are still numerous advocates for wheel spacers, especially on numerous car forums, and especially in Nth America, but it's not worth your time arguing with them.

You will rarely, if ever these days, find a car manufacturer that will ever fit any type of wheel spacer to any of their street vehicle models. Wonder why?

ok thank you for the replies fellas. may try the drop without changing anything else then just get new wheels in the future

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
has anyone put the eibachs on? if so any handling increases noticeable

There is a button on the top of the screen called Find. Type the word Eibach in there and you will find threads with people discussing their impressions of the springs.
