Ok....so has anyone set up UVO? What's it supposed to do? I set mine up and tried using car finder, all it showed me was a dot on my phone screen that i guess was supposed to be my car.

myuvo.com is the website where you sign up, I'm guessing you already have, but under support you can view all the instructions. For example, I just figured out that you have to pair your phone with your My Car Zone so it looks like I have a lot more to read.

I use it and it works pretty good. You can lock the car remotely, start the engine, flash lights, honk horn, etc and locate your car

Not if your in the US at least not the remote start. Not sure which features exactly are active and which aren’t in the US cars

I'm sure they'll eventually do a firmware update to get these features working. I just wonder why they're not working as is...

I don't have the remote feature on my Uvo......i really dont think I'll be using it for anything else.

Maybe. Hopefully. But is all of the proper hardware already installed on the cars?

If it has network hardware (needed to connect to the car) then all else you need is software.

Yeah, it would be very odd and unusual for the hardware to be missing...
