Hi everybody I’ve gone through other post about the trans temp and ect. Seem like base line for stinger 3.3 is at 200 but I am getting some high reading based of the cluster on dash for 220-230. This tends to happen when I have the car on sport mode driving through the city, the temp tends go high quick. Not sure if this is common which seems it is but is there some sort of fix to this. I do have a stock trans cooler with 7 rows on cooler, but doesn’t seem to keep the temp low. Is there any suggestions out there or is it some I should not worry about. Car is stock at some point I was runing Jb4 with Hks plugs, Injen, CAI,

Are you talking about the oil temp readout on the dash? Is that where you are getting your temps from?

Yes sir, I have posted picture of the read out with circle on it. Im not sure if it’s the engine oil or trans but I believe from what I read other post it’s the trans oil temp.

pretty sure that's the Oil temp. I usually get around 200 or just over driving it around town, 200-220 should be fine.

that's engine oil. no idea why people keep thinking it's a transmission gauge.
there's a oil-to-water heat exchanger, so the oil temp will follow the coolant temp. Coolant going high due to spirited driving? oil goes high.
Run quality oil and 230 is no big deal.

Just putting this here for anyone coming to this thread based off the title. There is an option to help with transmission oil temps from BMS.
