Most I've towed is probably 2 x 450cc dirtbikes on the trailer in the photos.
Effortless towing, literally. Not an issue and the brakes are ample and adequate on my experience.
Never weighted it, but probably 1200lbs fully laden in my case.
I have used the trailer for a variety of things, but nothing heavier than 2x dirtbikes yet.
Thats really good to hear at 1200lbs, since I'll probably only be a few hundred more pounds, probably in the 1500-1800 range, considering the weight and power of these V6 Stingers I don't imagine it being too much a problem especially since the car itself "has" been rated at 3300lbs vs the 2000lbs of the hitch.
So a few months later and I proudly managed to track down a Stinger hitch for myself!

I'm just wondering now about the wiring harness and all that, the guy I got the hitch from couldn't find anything and I feel nowadays this might just be as hard to find as the hitch. Since I'm pretty new to trailers my thoughts are that it must be pretty simple to just tap into the tail light wiring somehow to power the trailer lights no? Or at worse create a whole separate circuit for the lights? Is there any useful Stinger infor/wiring for this? Or do I need to possibly check the manual for that info? I'm assuming you were able to find a wiring harness when you got your hitch?
