Three air vents not blowing

Hi everyone- was curious if there is a trick to get the three air vents working above the center counsel? (the round ones) I know they need to be twisted on, and have tried everything to get them to work. I can hear the air pressure, just not coming through. Going to the dealer for a non-related trip on Thursday and I'll check with them. Thought maybe someone had a similar issue and found an answer? I hope they are connected.
 
If the climate control is on ATUO and not manual, then it may have decides that air shouldn't go that way, and only sent it top/bottom/other.

Try turning off Auto Control and selecting the direction yourself.
 
Also, if the climate control detects moisture on the windshield it will direct air to it until it's cleared up.

Is it cold out whenever your vents aren't working?

Thank you! Feel kind of stupid that I didn't push the button. Maybe need new glasses.... Appreciate the guidance! Not used to all the settings in newer cars.
 
Try Pressing Button 9 on the image attached, until you see the Arrow horizontally facing the passenger.
