The KIA bottle cap emblems on the 19” wheel caps, are they removable?

So here’s the deal. I bought my Stinger GT2 from the dealer with the wheels already powder coated matte black and the center caps perfectly matched as well. The problem is that they have the stock KIA emblem on them and I’m rebadging everything with the E emblem. Soooo, are the “bottle cap” KIA emblems on the wheel caps removable? If so, I was thinking of buying some E badge wheel caps and just swapping them with some double sided tape of some sort because it would be impossible for me to paint match some new center caps myself.

Just get the layover center caps that go over the originals. I got the Red & White GT emblems for my Stinger and still get compliments all the time.

So they’re screwed in? Interesting. Do you have a picture of the back side of the whole wheel cap by any chance?
It takes like 5 seconds to pop off the center cap and look. Go out to your garage and look. There are 5 screws holding the painted back to the fake center bolt/emblem. And 2 screws holding the bolt/emblem in place. All Philip’s if I recall. Nothing too difficult to disassemble.

Perfect, thanks. Only reason I haven’t already done it is I’m at work. What’s the safest way to pop the wheel caps off?

Almost exactly what I have...I got the silver GT. I like them so much I don't event notice them anymore, like they came from the factory like that.

Edit: Meant white GT...they look silver to me. And now I see Stinger one's too! Hmmm...

The "bottlecaps" are removeable. In fact, when I had my center caps painted black to match the powder coat black, they disassembled the hub caps.

It's an adjusting tool for old style drum brakes. Have since applied tape to all surfaces that come in contact with wheels. Much easier and safer the a screwdriver.
