I have a rattle that comes from underneath my steering column when I go over bumpy and uneven surfaces and it's getting on my nerves. The dealer predictably couldn't replicate the noise and I want to take off the interior underneath my steering column to see if anything is loose and causing the rattle. Does anyone know of how to go about doing this properly without ruining it? Will I need specific tools? I've never done this sort of thing before so any advice would be most appreciated.
