NSW Police are finally going to use the Stinger in there fleet, this follows use by other states & territories ie: QLD, WA & NT

There's sure to be a few unmarked one's getting around.

Most definitely but they will be the lower spec 330S & possibly some 220S for general duties.

The Stinger outperforms the Chrysler and it had 100 ft lbs on it? Crazy.

Also, for those of us that aren't in the Down Under, I understand QLD, but what are WA and NT?,

So in 18 months or so these will start popping up in Government auctions as they are in Queensland and Western Australia. Currently dealers are buying them and tricking them up for sale.
This will be an interesting process, especially around resale values and interest in the new GT versions.

Not surprising. The Chrysler 300 isn't a bad car but it's quite an old platform and willing to bet traction is an issue.

They are heavier too, most were SRT’s at 2,025kgs, the Stinger they will use is the lower V6TT spec 330S at 1,833kgs a difference of 192kgs or 2 large cops.

Here’s one in NSW HWP livery.

Nice.
The Stinger should really do well in police duty. It has the speed and finesse.

The Stinger is tuned to deliver most power in the low speed range.

This is why from stop and during lower speed pulls the Stinger really gives it to vehicles with a lot more power.

Which is the perfect setup for a daily.
