I think so, hard to read the plate to confirm.

It appears the passenger compartment wasn’t compromised. Injuries most likely due mainly to seat belts cutting in with the immediate deceleration. Far worse though without them.

Well I stand corrected, but my eyes are telling me that looks black. I guess that’s the problem with that colour depending on the light it’s blue, purple, or black.
Anyway I think when in doubt defer to your last comment. Always bet on black

Somebody crossed the center line. The Stinger driver jinked to the left, as the damage is all centered on the driver's side of the front. The more total frontal damage on the silver car (what is it?) is more shared across the front, so it was the one causing the accident, the Stinger was trying to evade.
