Stacking $3k Customer Cash and Lease Incentives

hello, new to the forum, and thanks so much for all the helpful info!!! As I'm reading recent posts shooting for 10% off the true MSRP when doing the lease/buyout scenario, I'm assuming that the $3k in customer cash that's available through 9/8 is only for purchase customers, and that the 10% off MSRP target doesn't technically include that $3k customer cash? Or does it? Finally, if I live in TN, and I'm checking with Edmunds.com to see what the current lease incentives are for the specific vehicle I want, does anyone know if I need to give them my TN ZIP code or the ZIP code of the dealership where the car is (e.g., NC)? thanks!

Correct. You cannot stack lease and purchase incentives (customer cash).

10% off MSRP is good to aim for before deducting the incentives.

I would use the dealer's ZIP.
