I'm trying to track what spring rates the current suspension offering have. Currently I have no clue what the rates are on most of the regular lowering springs but here's what I've seen for the current offering of coilovers. Disclaimer: the links provided is where i have pulled my info from, be sure to double check before you purchase. Useage of these links does not mean I endorse them they are merely for reference.

M&S GT-S Coilover AWD F: 7 kg/mm R: 9kg/mm 20way single adjustable damper

M&S GT-S Coilover RWD F: 6 kg/mm R: 9kg/mm 20way single adjustable damper

ARK Performance DT-P F: 7kg/mm R: 10kg/mm 16way single adjustable damper

AutoCrew Coilovers F: 7kg/mm R: 8.5kg/mm 16way single adjustable damper

KW Coilover Kit V3 Pending weights from manufacturer 16way rebound and 12way compression

Here's the current lowering springs on the market, I don't have spring rates for most of these but I do have the stats on how much they'll lower the car.

ARK Performance GT-F - F: Linear 3.2 kg/mm R: Progressive 4.9-5.8 kg/mm- AWD Drop 1.15"F/1.0"R - RWD Drop 0.75"F/0.75"R

ARK Performance GT-S - Unknown spring rate - AWD Drop 1.25F/1.15R - RWD Drop 1"F/1"R

Eibach 3.3T E10-46-035-01-22 - Progressive springs, rate unknown - AWD Drop 1.4"F/1.2"R - RWD Drop 0.8"F/0.8"R

Eibach 2.0T E10-46-035-02-22- Progressive springs, rate unknown - RWD Drop 0.8"F/0.8"R

H&R Sport - rate unknown - Drop (not specified whether it's measured on AWD of RWD) 1.3"F/1.2"R

M&S Storm Line 2.0T - F: 2.77kg/mm R: 7.11kg/mm - Drop (not specified whether it's measured on AWD or RWD) 1.38"F/1.18"R

M&S Storm Line 3.3T - F: 3.03kg/mm R: 7.11kg/mm - Drop (not specified whether it's measured on AWD or RWD) 1.4"F/1.2"R

Storm - rate unknown look to be linear but those may be stock photos - Drop (not specified whether it's measured on AWD or RWD, 2.0 or 3.0) 0.8"F/0.6"R

Godspeed Traction-S LS-TS-KA-0007 (website compromised. not linking) - F: linear 4.25kg/mm R: progressive 6.58-10.22kg/mm - Drop (not specified what model it's measured on) 1.2"F/1.3"R (note: Godspeed is often known as a knock-off brand ymmv)

Megan Racing MR-LS-KST18 - no rate specified - Drop RWD 1.06"F/0.79"R

If you have any more info on these or other offerings let me know and I'll add it into this list.

Can anyone confirm ARK GTS is actually lower than the H&R RWD as I want the lowest spring but thought H&R was for RWD?

Thanks in Advance

I'm unsure TBH, a lot of these manufacturers are bad at posting all the info on their products. Might have to reach out to them and ask. If you do figure it out please let us know.

I tried, Sal doesn't seem to want to sticky new threads it seems or tagging him just doesn't seem to work.

Wanted to provide an update here, Riaction is a local socal suspension company that sells coils for our car in multiple specs. You can order your coilovers in linear or digressive shocks and custom valving (and if you're really going for hardcore suspension, they can also make coils with external reservoirs to adjust rebound and compression separately), you also have the choice of swift springs for the fronts (I'll explain why they're not available for the rears just yet). Stock valving allows +/- 2kg of spring rate difference for the fronts according to riaction (probably best to dial it in 100% however).

Now onto why swifts aren't available for the rear, this goes also for the new BC Racing coilovers that were released which also don't have swift spring upgrades available for the rear. I reached out to riaction regarding ordering a custom set of coilovers with swifts and it turns out that normal swifts don't fit correctly onto the rear spring bucket of our stingers, they are in the process of R&Ding an adapter to be able to run swift springs in the rear to give more options. Riaction are also the only company currently making rear insulator replacements in billett aluminum so that they don't explode from increased loads like coilovers would put on the stock insulator mount (Case in point here: INSULATOR-STRUT (MOUNT) for Rear Right (Unavailable and no ETA)).

Thanks for the hard research there.
Im lowered on springs but ordered one with a different rate for the rear and reaction coilovers for the front

Well swapped out my rear M&S for Megan Racing It was getting too much sag. I need a little better spring rate, so we'll see how it works. It's getting colorful under there now.
Waiting on reaction coilovers for the front to replace my lowering springs

Im pretty sure this is usless info for most but MTS Tecknic offers 2.0 specific 30mm drop springs and for the diesel as well.
They do not offer anything for the 3.3.
You can get them through Vivid Racing, but you are also able to order directly from them. Shipping is actually pretty quick too.

Having run a "universal" spring and now having these in for some time, the ride is way better. The drop is consistent too. Being 2.0 specific it actually gets you the full drop as opposed to having the front end up a little which i experienced and have seen with the usual offerings.
