Just wanted to post a follow up on my car after two weeks. The dealer Sherwood KIA has seriously sucked the enjoyment out of owning this car. They missed installing the 3M on the bumper so the car was two days late. Then I noticed paint damage when I picked it up which they tried to half ass fix with a paint pen. Then it took multiple phone calls and emails and finally a face to face visit to get the satellite radio subscription to start working. If I could return it for a refund I would and then go buy a Toyota or a Honda.

Sorry to hear that. I had a great remote buying experience from them and posted the review online here. When i spoke to the sales manager over the phone, Kim i think, she was nothing but helpful. I did have to remind the sales associate a few times to ensure all the after sale items (badge swap, 3M, splash guards) I asked for were installed as negotiated and some they had to ship to me after i had the car, like the navigation card, rubber matts and the splash guards but it was all done in the end and they sent me a detailing kit to apologize for not having those items available when the car arrived here.

Have you escalated your concerns?
