I have searched and searched and can’t find an answer. My car is set to 6,000 mile interval for oil changes and everything seems to say it should be 7,500+… my screen is “greyed out” and I can’t figure out how to change it. Any help is appreciated. 2022 GT2.

My 2018 has the service interval built into the instrument cluster - and I can set it to whatever I like.

In the infotainment screen, I also have a maintenance Interval (completely separate from the instrument cluster) which syncs online with Kia Connect (formerly UVO). And that is set at 10,000kms, and can not be changed.

Its stupid to have 2 systems for the same purpose.

Here is a link to a post regarding both systems

Thanks! On the 2022, you clear the “service due” through the main infotainment screen, there is nothing done through the steering wheel controls from what I can tell.

I read your post while searching and it doesn’t apply to the new models.

I get this error every time with the Kia Connect maintenance reset
