Hey, I wish I could post pictures but my chome roof trim has nasty rust-like stains all over it from front to back. Recently I went to the dealership and asked them about it. I was told that in the kia parts website there was some paste that was for stuff like that. I could put it on and then wipe it off and it would remove the stain, but I don’t know what its called or how to find it. Anyone experience the same thing? Does anyone know what the paste is?

Welcome to one of the Stinger's most reported issues: spotted, discolored, even flaking dark chrome door and hatch trim. I had just the beginning of this (had been reading about it for months on the forum), and what I did was use Meguiar's rubbing and polishing compound: this had the downside that the dark chrome finish was noticeably lighter where the rubbing to get the blemishes out occurred: so, I had to go over the entire surface of all six pieces to even them up. Finished with three coats of wax and have not had any returning blemishes in over a year. If that stuff you were told about simply goes on and wipes off and removes the "stains" back to normal finish, this will be news to me (and probably everybody else who has shared their stories about this issue).

If your vehicle is still under warranty you could make a warranty claim - seems many have been successful in having the dealership replace the parts.
