Boy oh boy. What a horrible way to run your business to maintain your top rated seller status on eBay.
Advertising parts as in stock, but when you call them after you place your order the parts are not actually in stock in the US so they can't ship them. That is not the bad part, they have their eBay 4 Day guaranteed delivery on this order, so in order to not get a strike they put a delivered tracking number that shows delivered before the time I actually placed my order.
The rep on the phone was honest saying the parts were in Canada and apologized for the inconvenience. He did say that the tracking numbers get applied by mistake on eBay sometimes, which is complete crap or the biggest coincidence i have ever seen.
