I still HATE these dealers trying to rip people off and will continue to be a pain in their ass and do whatever I can to drive people away from them.
This is exactly why all sales people should take each and every customer and treat them as if they've never had a customer before. Forget about how bad the previous customer or customers treated you. All you need is one angry customer who knows what a keyboard is and he/she could haunt you for a very long time. The same goes for customers - treat the sales people well unless they give you a reason to do otherwise...
