Powerstop Z26 Brake Pads Orientation

Did anyone of you guys ever figure out a solution to the clunk? I just had my Z26s installed and while the braking performance has been great, the sound has been driving me insane when doing 3 point turns. I used the Power Stop hardware too.
You have to get the new ones, they change the pads a year ago and if you get the old ones they don’t fit right

Oh, I do. It's just I get this clunk noise when I change direction and first brake and I'm trying to eliminate any potential errors. For example, I pull into a parking spot. When I back out of the spot and brake, clunk. When I pull forward and brake, clunk. After that, nothing. I used the Powerstop backing plates, so now I'm mostly down to I should have used the OEM backing plates or I should have bled my brake system (which kinda seems obvious now...)

The manufacturer change the pads about a year ago because because of the shifting inside the caliper. You have to get the new ones in order to eliminate this shifting

I asked powerstop about it and they said they don’t make anything different
