Hey Mike. Thanks so much. I’m not sure by what you mean by number. But my powder coating was done by a So Cal shop near my house called Premuim Auto Styling. I went with the gloss black finish that I’m super happy with. It was either that or matte black and I think the gloss just looked better. It was $525 for the powder coating which included them removing the wheels for me, powder coating them, then reinstalling and then balancing. Hope this answers your question!Your car looks great!
What's a good number for powdercoating wheels?

Yes, thank you. I was wondering about the cost to do the powder coating and you answered that for me.Hey Mike. Thanks so much. I’m not sure by what you mean by number. I just realized my response posted twice. But yes if you are considering doing it, I’d say it’s well worth it. I see you have a black premium Stinger. So black wheels would look sick.Yes, thank you. I was wondering about the cost to do the powder coating and you answered that for me.
lol. Well, actually, my wife is wanting to trade her 2018 Turbo Soul for a 2021, but wants black wheels. They don't seem to have that option from Kia, and entirely new wheels would cost a bunch, so powdercoating might be the answer.I just realized my response posted twice. Yeah it’s a pretty inexpensive alternative to new wheels. If I were to have gotten new wheels I would have preferred a big larger wheel which would have meant new tires...which would have been a waste to not use the ones that came with the car. All in all it’s worth it I think.lol. Well, actually, my wife is wanting to trade her 2018 Turbo Soul for a 2021, but wants black wheels. Thanks!Looks good and is unique.
Wow that looks really nice. I love that color! Did you smoke your taillights too? I’m thinking of doing that. And yes $500 is pretty decent I think because it really changes the look of the car.I also powder coated my stock rims as well...makes the car look so much nicer and I’m happy with the results...it was $580 but worth it!

Looks really good. I see you a Cali Stinger owner too. Socal? IE?Yes i did tint my tail lights as well as the bottom reflectors in a bundle for $200 and i wrapped the top gloss black for another $250 but everything came out nice so I’m pleased on how it’s turning out so far
Good choice with the gloss over the matt. I had the wheels of my last car (Jeep Cherokee Longitude) powder coated matt black and they constantly looked worn, old and grubby. Was a bad decision.Hey Mike. Thanks so much. I’m not sure by what you mean by number. But my powder coating was done by a So Cal shop near my house called Premuim Auto Styling.
