Plug in for 2020 Kia Stinger to block heater

Hi , looking for some information on how to plug in the plug to car in front of frame to use block heater, Live in Canada very cold temps!
Video would be helpful! Thanks in advance

I have the plug and its suppose to be inserted in the front right fender, however, i would like to see how its done. Do you remove the small cover over the port? & does it get put back after use? It will be open, exposed to snow and ice if you don't cover it? Any ideas?

3.3 V6 Block Heater

I bought some OEM splash guards today at the dealer, and while I was there had them show me the block heater they use for the Stinger V6. I hadn't been having much success trying to locate the part number KIA shows online for that accessory. Unfortunately my picture of the label on the carton...
