I have seen some bad threads here, so mine will be refreshing.
I recently purchased a new 2018 Stinger from KIA Peterborough. I would like to say the experience dealing with the sales staff and management team at KIA Peterborough, went above and beyond anything I expected. They made me feel welcome, and quite frankly like family. I have been a GM person all my life, and my family has worked for GM for over 50yrs. I can say at this point GM has missed the mark when it comes to the customer experience. I would like you to pass on CONGRADULATIONS, to Paul Seminara the Dealer principle, for his and his teams excellent customer experience. I think if all KIA dealerships put this effort into their customers, KIA will excel in great strides. I have made some permanent friends out of this deal also, which always makes me smile, the car makes me smile, and I will make every effort to promote KIA Peterborough to anyone who asks..
