Overall I had a good experience at Ourisman. I worked with Gary Schuler. He was very friendly and personable. The deal went relatively quickly, I came in on a Sunday when they opened at 11AM, and was out the door by around 1PM. I thought their price was fair and there really weren't any games. For the finance portion I worked with Tyler, who was also very helpful.

I ended up getting a GT2 in Panthera Metal with a grey interior.

When I did my initial test drive I took my Mom along, she was interested in looking at a Telluride, as sort of a test to see how whoever we dealt with interacted with here. We've been to dealerships before where she was completely ignored.

Over all I'd recommend working with them.

I'm glad you had a positive experience with them because I didn't. Everything was great until we got to the trade. I had driven just over 2 hours to get there and had dealt with them via email and texts for over a week before ever visiting the showroom. They offered less than half of what my car was worth and claimed it was due to "engine issues" they'd seen on similar models of my vehicle. I let them know I wouldn't be coming back if I left. I walked, very pissed about the situation. A few days later I got an appraisal on my car via CarMax and sure enough, the trade value I told them was fair is exactly what I was offered by CarMax. Such a shame when a sales manager tanks a deal like that. But as I stated, I'm glad you got a fair deal with them.
