PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Anyone else notice that the price of the facelift GT went up in January from $69,990 to $74,990, and then a few days ago it went up to $79,990 (plus ORC)? That's a $10,000 price increase in less than six months, and we still only have six colours to choose from. The 2.0 is now the same price the GT was six months ago. Crazy.

Yes, found out about it yesterday. Had ordered the Astro Green special edition in December which was due in April then delayed until November. Salesman phoned yesterday to say the Astro Green special is not coming to NZ anymore only in Black so that was disappointing but he then went on to say the price of the GT had also gone up by $5000 as well. I asked him why the price increase and he speculated that perhaps Kia had realised they were under pricing the Stinger compared to other cars of a similar specification and performance. So rather than paying another $5000 for my choice of colour I've decided to go ahead with the special edition in black at the December price point. Rather miffed.
