Bad MORITZ KIA Fort Worth Finance SUCKS....

Buyers beware. I purchaced a new stinger from Moritz kia of Fort Worth about four weeks ago. Well yesterday I get a call from the finance department, Stating that I need to come in and sign a new contract because my price was lowered. This is not my problem by any means who would not turn down a lower payment. But for weeks I have had to send them information because they could not find the paper work I already turned in. Now to find out that they dropped my extended coverage because Kia Motors when they did my financing capped my payment at a certain amount. So they kept gap and tire and wheels but they decided to drop the extended warranty without my permission. They state that they sell so many cars each month but I don't see how when they can't even get the small stuff right.

Worth a call to the Kia VIP hotline for Stinger owners. I can't tell you how much I hate car dealers ....

well I plan on talking to who ever is in charge when I go in today and see where that gets me. Then from there see what direction I will go.

What’s the word? I’ve been by a couple times and the sales staff was super cool at Moritz Hurst... and I’m sure they finance is the same from one location to the next.

I would ask them if the deal is funded. If it's not. The dealer still owns the Stinger. If they don't play nice, drop the keys off and uBer home.

I did that once, bought a car and they screwed up. Lender turned the deal pack away. I told them either pay the difference on your screw up or you get a car with 3,000 miles on it back.
