So the mishimoto cold pipe comes with a spot that is for a WMI line but Its not fully drilled out from the looks of it, what do I need to do in order to install the WMI line from the BMS Stealth Kit to the Cold pipe?

I have the same setup. You can just tap out the hole. Be sure to get the piece that falls out into the cold pipe.

Tap it out with what?

The WMI nozzle uses a 1/8NPT thread size, you will need to remove the charge pipe if installed and drill it then use a thread tap to create a thread. If you haven't done something like this before then I suggest to take it to a shop to do it.

I've done this before, just didnt know it was that simple lol.

Are you sure its 1/8? @Terry@BMS told me it was 1/4

I think the 1/4 NTP is for the bung that goes into the bottom of the plastic tank.
