^^I disagree, suspension parts wear out, bushings wear out, Sub frame bushings also wear out. There's nothing to take care of, these are wear items that need to be replaced when worn. Can't imagine a full suspension + bushing (inc subframe and diff) to be cheap. With that kind of mileage various mounts wear out too.

Sorry, all I see with that car is a money pit.

I agree rubber parts age and need to be replaced. But even if you do very few miles you will still have to replace bushings when they age. Maybe a little later but still, they are consumables.
If it were up to me I would encourage long term usage of cars. It is much more sustainable for the environment.

No, you sell it and then make someone else pay all the maintenance costs. Gotta take the Steve Jobs' approach.
