Scheduled service appointment for a dynamic bending light warning indicator on the dashboard, (DBL system inoperative). When I got to dealer I was told there is a 1-2 week wait on diagnostic work and would have to leave my car there with no guarantee they would even look at it in that time frame. They didn't offer a loaner. When asked if I could drop off the car in 2 weeks when they had time I was flat out told thats not how it works and would have to leave the car. Who has the money or time to leave their car for that long. After arguing for 10 minutes, they said to try another dealership. Has anyone here been to this dealer before and had this bad experience? Going to try Schaumburg Kia.

Let us know how it works out. Last time I had warranty done I went back to the selling dealership - Gary Lang kia in mchenry. Took 2 trips. First to look/diagnose, second to fix. Both were scheduled and I didn't need to leave car for weeks. No loaner either time.
