So I have had my stinger for about 2 months so far. I have noticed that it can feel a little floaty hitting any turns with bumps at speed. From what I have read on the forums here there are a few options to help with this. I have actually been wondering about these options. Getting the car lowered with springs to keep it more planted and sway bar upgrades to stiffen up everything will help. I was actually curious about the Eibach Pro-Plus kit on K8Stinger. It comes with springs and the anti-roll kit.
Will lowering the car cause any issues with tire wear from the change in camber? I have an 2018 AWD GT2 so I don't even know if the camber can be adjusted with the adaptive suspension. Any opinions on what to get if i'm looking to tighten up the driving dynamics? Springs or sway bars or possibly both? Thank you.

Yes, changing the height can cause camber changes. I don't have springs but sways and I really like them. I also added the Mando ECS module. My car is RWD is it is different. Maybe somebody who has the springs will comment hear about camber issues and tire wear.

Great questions. I'm in the same boat, looking forward to the replies.

I have both Eibach sways and springs on a RWD, its big improvement. Yes you will et a little negative camber at the back leading to slight inside wheel wear.

...forgot to add the adaptive suspension is not negatively affected by these alterations as far as I can feel. And that's with 13 months of spring use.

The rear sway bar will tighten that rear end hop, I suspect since you have a GTS with the electronic controlled suspension, getting the Mando module will help with the floaty feeling. Check out the threads on it to learn more. I had a 2018 with the rear hop which wasn't present on the 2019 at the same speeds. I had bought a sway bar to install on teh 2019 but gave it to my buddy for his 2018 and it made a difference on his car. I got the Mando ECS module and the built in Comfort and Sport modes makes the Stinger ride and handle better. There are a few Custom modes which a bunch of us are tweaking to our preference now. I would recommend giving this a shot before springs, it cost $399 plus shipping.

Can you modify the stock ECU settings (Eco, Comfort, Sport, etc) to be controlled from the standard knob? From what I saw it looked like you needed an app to change the settings. I didn't look to far into it. I'm not the biggest fan of changing up the stock parameters on the car.

If it helps, the Mando ECS Tuning is developed buy the manufacturer of our suspension so there should be no worries messing around with it. They developed it to give more control outside of what Kia deemed enough options.

You have to change stock parameters to adjust the suspension beyond the setting applied by the knob. That is the whole point, and the modified settings are not permanent. I like the tuning on the Mando ECS for both comfort and sport better.

It should be noted that the US GTS does not have electronic controlled/adjustable suspension.

I have ArkGT-F springs and my front left camber is out of spec, the rest are OK.

The stinger doesn't have camber adjustment, so expect a little uneven wear. Eibach may me a bit worse since the drop is a little lower.

IMHO & speaking from first hand experience, start with Eibach Sway Bars first then see how it feels, this is the most economical upgrade you can do, then if still not satisfied be progressive, add HD End Links, run again for a while then maybe springs & shocks, it’s all subjective to what suits your driving style.

I love my stock GT with Whiteline sway bars. Stays so flat in the twisties. Look forward to one day doing an autocross with it

Nice, now add the Whiteline Heavy Duty End Links, they lift it to another level.
