Lease buyout experience in NC?

Does anyone have experience buying out the lease in NC? Are there any NC specific complications that I should know about?

I know about the existence of the LBO sticky. Couldn't find NC specific posts in the first 10 pages or so. I plan on reading the rest, but wanted to get this post started because I might sign my lease in the next day or so.

NC is one of the good states. You don't double pay the taxes. 3% on buyout. You pay at Registration.
