Kia Service - Houston

Looking for your thoughts, opinions, experiences ..... good or bad with Kia Service locations in Houston (And surrounding areas).

Joe Myers has been pretty poor as far as service. I bought my gt2 from them and Hung was great to work with, but post purchase dealings with the dealership have been bad.

Interesting, that's the same place and person I bought my GT from. As far as service goes, I would highly recommend Gay Family Kia. I had to take my GT in for body work (not my fault) they let me drive the car while waiting for parts to come in. I don't think other places would do that.

They've been great, had a problem with the bumper cover from the factory and made it priority number one for painting once it arrived. The way I see it, they make sure it's done right, they could have just made it fit instead but they didn't and they let me know about it. On top of that they even sent me a picture of my car in the paint both.

I've been taking mine to Westside Kia, they've been great to work with and very acceptable of my mods, I've established a good relationship with them, no running around when performing warranty work.

passed and no improvement! Just avoid them for their terrible service!
