Bought my 2018 GT AWD from these guys - walked in, asked for a test drive - drove it - went home - thought about it - and went back a few days later and purchased it.

The moved about $3000 on the MSRP - got ok money on my trade - overall pretty happy with the buying experience and would recommend them to anyone who is looking.

Went to Taylor Kia in Youngstown, Oh and tested a 2018 gt1. Unfortunately, my salesman was relatively new and inexperienced. I didn't hold that against him, seems I knew much more about specs than he did, again no problem there.
I became really pissed when I drove home about 20 miles and realized he took my driver license and never returned it! I promptly returned and was met with a "Shit Happens"! So looks like I'll be looking for another salesman or another dealership!
What I really expected was " I apologize sir, I'm new here and it was an honest oversight."
We all began our careers somewhere, made our share of mistakes, but please don't blow me off when you commit an agregous error. I may be harping on this kid too much but I too was in car sales and never treated a customer with an attitude of Oh well, "shit happens".
