Had to take my Kia in for the first time. Normally I go to a different dealership (Stokes Kia), but Kia Country was able to give me a an appointment a week sooner. The lobby was not great, it was a small room with a couple drink machines, they did however have some nice outdoor chairs under shade with an outdoor table where I spent most of my several hour visit at. The front end staff was really nice and had a great attitude, he kept me informed without me asking and even offered to get me a free ride to go get lunch through Lyft. He showed me the notes from the tech and didn't try to pressure me or give me any hassle when I turned down a few services. I may go there for future service requirements (except oil changes which are free at Stokes as that is where I bought the car.)
Stokes has never been a terrible experience but it seems like they care more about their bottom line than the customer, its very....commercialized. Kia Country felt a bit more comfortable, more personal. To any Stinger owners in Charleston, hope this helps.
